Mission and vision

The Department’s mission is to ensure a high level of absorption and maximum impact of pre-accession assistance whilst adhering to the principle of responsible financial management, assuring legality/regularity of underlying transactions and safeguarding legitimate expectations and interests of national and EU taxpayers.

The Department’s vision is to fully utilize the potential of pre-accession assistance with the aim of achieving joint results for the European Union and Serbia.
